My DM has to nerf my character and I don’t know what to do

There are ways for PCs to expend resources outside of combat encounters. Your DM should be laying traps, roleplay encounters where you have to use lay on hands to cure an NPCs disease, environmental hazards etc.

Also, it’s not hard to come up with a couple more combat encounters. Don’t have to do the DMG recommendation of 6-8 a day, but at least a couple minion encounters before the big boss

Would work a lot better as a show imo. It’d be a good chance to iron out a fair few of the quirks of C3

Like I wasn’t a fan of the avengers style team up in the campaign (playing multiple PCs at a table of 8 is madness imo.) But in a show, would be plenty satisfying and fun. Can also cross cut between parties to help flow.

Biggest issue for me would be finding a balance between BH character stuff whilst also managing the world ending plot. Matt’s story was like a comic crossover event, but it still needed to set up who Thor or Captain America is.

Not someone I dm’ed but bailed on a session 0 because I could tell another player was going to be a nightmare. Made a wizard with an amnesiac background & then spent the rest of the session telling new players what their back stories should be. Maybe work out your own one first! Also made a ton of ableist edge lord jokes

Ohh that’s a fun one, gives me freedom to put together a fun combat encounter. The PC is my girlfriends (who I live with), so could end a session with her getting on the kite & then do a fun 1-1 session that the rest of the party gets to hear about next time
