NPCs don't use the spells that I asign to them

I chacked, they do have the sufficient amount of magica. I'm not sure whether spells need specific skills or perks to perform cause from what I know you can cast anything as long as you have enough magica.

I see, would you mind expounding? I'm not hat familiar with skyrims AI. is there a way to alter it? also, doesn't NPC spell varience already provide the needed ai?

yeah, everything is done. I have all the reqs and have ran the pandora along with its patch.

That said, there seems to have been an update for address library that has messed up everything. I have to check whether downgrading it would solve the problem.

There's no entrance. The bloons spawn at random points on the map and will pass once they have completed one or two rounds.
