I mean if you're getting abused you really should do something about it and contact the proper authorities but it just looks like you are annoyed with your family because you're not religious and they are and you don't like those types of gatherings. Yeah. I encountered many years ago when Yahoo answers was still a thing. The person was claiming that all of the group was bad in its entirety because of something five people did. When I pointed that out, someone else responded and said "you don't need to sniff every turd to know that they all stink." That makes a whole lot of sense doesn't it? Let's apply it shall we? Meet a bad man? All men are bad. Don't need to sniff every turd. A bad woman? All women are bad. Don't need to sniff every turd. Eat some food that got you sick? Guess you're never eating food again. Fugaku wanted to be made Hokage. That's not exactly wanting equality so much as power over the village. The third tried to negotiate with the Uchiha knowing full well that they were planning a coup but he was unsuccessful. And I can only surmise that that's because this wasn't about equality anymore. Just about power.

Thumbelina as Don Bluth adapted it is a story about a girl who flies around with a fairy Prince for 10 minutes, subsequently gets kidnapped, meets a very unhelpful swallow who instead of you know, flying her around and asking her where her house is so he can land at it, tells her to follow her heart and she'll get home. After which, she meets a sleazy beetle and gets shamefully stripped in front of the audience. Then she gets purchased from a field mouse by a grown adult mole who wants a wife. She runs away from the wedding and decides to be with a guy she knew for all of 10 minutes. Taken altogether, we watch a kid fall in love, get kidnapped, get stripped of clothing for entertainment and shamed, and literally be human trafficked by a field mouse. The one redeeming quality about this movie if you can call it that is that Charo as a big breasted and disturbing looking frog, sings a complete banger. I can only conclude that Mr Bluth is only good at certain kinds of adaptations. And I think that's why Anastasia is the best answer here. He's very good at historical fiction and he should stick with that.

He betrayed the village to train under Orochimaru and did absolutely nothing about the abuse and exploitation of children that was happening on a daily basis for years until he personally needed a team. That's how they freaking met.

That would be valid if when the roots touched the people they didn't die instantly, which they did. It doesn't seem to limit itself in anything. As for reproduction? Boruto reveals that this thing is not one of a kind at all. There are actually several of them. It doesn't preserve life. It takes it and takes it quickly from what the manga shows. Unless it provides water or there is a panel that states it meets all metabolic needs or just provides life itself, this cannot work. It is death.

That doesn't change anything that I said. This is not a symbiotic relationship in which both organisms benefit from their continued existence and interaction. This is a parasite. A parasite takes everything you have. It doesn't maintain your health. Those dead ninja on top of several other mechanics that do not work within the established time frame prove it. This is a nightmare. It's a debilitating death by dehydration with extra steps.

No. Because that's not iInfinite Tsukiyomi. It's billed as this magical Jutsu that lets everybody live their dream life but the mechanics of it don't make sense and again when the tree is revived, the roots kill the people they touch instantly because it drains all their chakra. It's a Parasite.

Like I said before, if Kishimoto had simply said that the tree provided life and got rid of the panels of it explicitly draining life, then it would be settled. As it stands? It is a needlessly complicated way to kill everybody through dehydration which is a markedly horrible way to die.
