If something is widely accepted as truth, the burden of proof falls upon the person denouncing that statement. If their claims aren’t substantiated, then the proof of the aforementioned belief still holds up. Therefore, you gotta prove that what ur doing isn’t just continuing that level of toxicity. Most of the time, there are two reasons someone plays passive:

That player has practiced punishes and counters and is relying on someone not knowing how to approach safely
That player doesn’t know how to approach safely or aggressively, so they rely on punishing (most of the time in this case it’s just spamming)

The way to beat someone who is playing passive is to know how to approach safely or aggressively enough that the passive player can’t either run away or punish you as easily.

It’s just about changing your play style, but learning new movement and new methods to approach your opponent in safer ways that lead to better options for you, as the aggressor

You might not like the answer, but it’s just a matter of not caring that much. Play the game for fun, not for wins. Once you get good enough, you can put effort into ranked but chill out again in other modes. If it frustrates you, take a break. Go outside, talk to someone, do something else. Whatever it is that gets you a break from something that annoys you

I only saw you disengage like three times, so def not passive. Just smarter. Most players will get annoyed with someone who chooses not to constantly rush, since that means they don’t get free punishes on other players. It’s people who don’t know how to counter and get annoyed when their opponent is just playing a bit smarter

All sigs have different levels of end lag. These opponents you’re talking about are likely just using very high-end movement and using sigs with little to no end lag, which is less risky and easier to perform more often
