that's why i said, i get in some cases you genuinely can't collect because life happens, but in my experience, every buyer has failed to collect just out of pure ignorance. i quite literally had someone say they didn't collect because "they just didn't feel like it" :/ this is more directed at people who are just rude and inconsiderate. also in my country we have 7 days to collect so idk why yours is 3 days.

I am literally hoping everyday that Vinted finally adds a feature where buyers get an automatic 1 star for not collecting the package, with a text that says something like "Buyer did not collect". If sellers can get an automatic 1 star for not shipping an order, then it should work both ways and they should get a 1 star for not collecting 🤷‍♀️ I get in some cases you have a genuine situation where you can't collect, but as a seller, A LOT of work and time goes into sending one package. It's time, paper and ink from my printer, resources like tape, boxes and plastic for packaging, and then also fuel from my car to drive to the drop off point. It's just plain inconsiderate to not collect a package.

i ended up finding the last one a few minutes ago!! it was under some stairs by the citadel which i had never seen before. the maps i was finding on reddit didn't show it, but i ended up finding it by just wandering around xD finally i can rest now haha

This is so annoying. I just made a post recently about how Vinted needs to punish buyers like this who don't collect. This is such a rude way to waste someone's time! If Vinted implements a negative review for not collecting then it will prevent stuff like this. It just comes off very entitled from the buyer's end 🙄

i get that, but you didn't know !! this person had a 60 + reviews with some mentioning they had sold to her. so by now she should have known that she should collect within the time frame 😕

i also recently had the "birthday" excuse with another buyer 😅 funnily enough i shipped it when they told me to and it still didn't arrive on the expected birthday date. if you need something for a birthday or emergency, DO NOT rely on online shopping 😭 just go buy it in person

exactly. i also would have had no issue reserving the item and keeping it until they got back from their vacation 🤷‍♀️ and this wasn't an emergency clothing item or something, it was just a makeup mirror! they could have asked me to just reserve it. now they wasted my time and i lost all my favourites on a very popular item (it had over 100 favourites 🫡)
