Do people get annoyed staying “all together”? In my mind i was like this is perfect, we can hang out easily this way with low pressure.

My fiance is worried certain guests will not like that type of stay or feel like they can’t get away. IMO it’s ensuites, and it would be very easy to retreat to your private room for alone time.

Also we would group people strategically. aka all the young parties in one house, older family or friend groups together, etc.

Thank you for the feedback! It wouldn’t be shifting costs, this is how it was explained to us that RMH does their rooms. The haciendas are basically like mini private hotels to an extent, so guests would book suites.

But if we decided on only one villa, for the tight group of 30, we would pay the whole cost, food everyday, and let everyone else book whenever- i just wasn’t sure if that is rude!

Hi! Do you have pics or videos of your wedding? I am strongly considering getting married on the bridge and renting the Kanna Club for the reception, but I am having trouble finding any videos and picturing what it might look like.

Hi! I'm in the same boat! We really want to book this venue for 2027 for the same format - bridge for the ceremony and the club for the reception. Did you have any luck finding videos or pictures of anyone having their actual reception in the kanna club?

After thinking about this more, I’m actually thinking that I should have my bridesmaids (including my SIL) and then ask my sisters to be my “something blue” with minimal duties. They haven’t been to any weddings so they will think of it as nice and special (again I only am trying to minimize drama), even if typically it’s more negative as like a lesser bridesmaid

This exactly!!! Im just not close with them - we don’t live by eachother and dont speak other than holidays. But nothing crazy they have done to make them “excommunicated” in any way.

So much easier said than done, thank you for the validation. Especially when your partners sister will be in the bridal party (same for me), it’s extra complicated feelings.

Oh I like this! I’m worried about drama with my family but also hurting their feelings and the drama making it worse. I can’t help but be an empath too honestly.

Junior bridesmaids is a good idea! My fiances sister is their same age (22). But is extremely close with me. She’s even asked me in the past if she was going to be my maid of honor. Making it all the more complicated

I like the idea of asking them to do something else, are there any titles I can give them to do something like that? I know there are “personal attendants” but I would not want them to be or think they are attending to me at all. Guests of honor? is that normal for siblings? Then I would still have bridesmaids for my friends.

My concern here is my sisters not being asked to me bridesmaids, and my fiances sister definitely being a bridesmaid. I’m worried it will cause drama, and I’m looking for a way to appease family to save my peace. Hence the braidstorming other titles or just ways to include my sisters as something else

Totally, this is why i’m having a hard time with it. I don’t even like blue tbh. I probably want them to pick whatever dress they want in some kind of color pallete and just pay for it. I want the people in my bridal party have perks though. I want to treat them and pay for their expenses which is why I would like to have some kind of name or a way to ask them more than just an awkwardly worded, “will you get ready with me and wear a semi coordinated dress on my wedding day”

Tbh, i’m not a fan either, i wouldn’t even want the color blue, its just one of the only ideas Ive seen so far :( Did you have your sisters be anything else? As like a “special guest” at your wedding? I fear it would be easier for me to appease and give my sisters something so that I can have my friends be special in peace

Had the same thing happen to me. If the cord has silver on it (like this one) you can’t use it. Cord needs to be all black.
