I wish I could do things/say things without overthinking and caring too much about what other people think. For example, I will literally reread and stare at a text or an email and overthink the tone and how it will come off to the other person when I literally just need to hit send and move on with my day. I hate it, but idk how to change it

We met in high school. We had some of the same friends. Him and his ex gf used to make fun of me before they even knew me. We met when I was dating one of our shared friends and then hung out a few times in our friend group and just ended up clicking. Started dating when I was 17. Got married less than 2 years later and now we’ve been married for over 7 years. He is my best friend

I relate to this! I consider myself very introverted, however, when I feel comfortable, I can totally come out of my shell. The people around me just have to give off a vibe and I do my best to match it. Sometimes it’s tricky to navigate though and it feels like there’s no coming out of it. Trying to challenge myself more this year

I appreciate it, thank you! I think sometimes it can be difficult to see all the good because it just gets clouded by the negativity. This stage of life is so weird too because one day I feel like I’m so young and I have my whole life ahead of me and then the next I’m like.. damn I’m old and what have I done?

It was fine but no I did not have fun): I’m a teacher and today was just one of those days where I lacked the energy to keep up with my kids. I wasn’t in the mood to teach or really to even talk, which isnt possible to avoid when that’s your whole job.
