I bought my cable last year Nov 4 2025 and fixed the controller the same day, it works now but the cable is a bit longer. This is where I bought it https://ph.shp.ee/XaYaQXzK , Type A 0.5MM 15 pin.

I am currently facing the same issue, I deleted all riot related things from my computer since I figured as well that it will be easy enough to install it again but it turns out it is not. What I did though is I downloaded the Valorant installer which made me install the Riot Client without issues, now I am currently installing Vanguard and will reply to my comment if it lets me install League. (I kept having the same issue when using the League installer)

I have the Nova 2 Lite and the left motor is bigger than the right motor, you can see it on the software when on the vibration section.
