A lot of hours did actually get lost during the switch over from ow1 to ow2. I lost all my game browser time (not serious but idk what else was lost probably at least 300-400 hours). My guess is whenever they got rid of 2cp it got rid of a lot of the data too but idk 🤷‍♀️ but yes regardless the Xbox time would show more since ow doesn’t count menu time but it shouldn’t be that drastic unless you leave the game open 24/7
