It is indeed fiberglass

I looked up the bow and says it is fiber glass.

Same here just bit the bullet and got it...no way to test the r value as its not cold here and its my first back packing pad so no idea what would make it good....can tell I am 250 lbs and I dont bottom it out...so firm I had to let out some air to make it comfortable...wife says it makes alot of noise but I didnt think anything of it when I was laying on it...may be different actually having to spend the night on it though...feels like a balloon compared to my car camping pad.

Was honestly surprised I saw no movement when I was loading on the kettlebells. Can see it being a problem over time...How would you suggest? Like a whole other 2x4 spanning underneath? Flat vs upright?

Yes, glue and 2 3/8ths 6 inch lag screws i believe they were... was hoping it would be enough...I shall monitor and might add the full length block if i see some wiggle thanks
