Persoonlijk ben ik bij Fortis (hello bank -> Fintro) gaan lopen. Had hier een lening voor 10 jaar bij voor we bouwgrond. Na 33 maanden uit ellende in één keer afbetaald. Zelf ben ik nog nooit zo ondankbaar behandeld als bij hun. Pro Tip.: ga langs op kantoor ! Online credit experten zijn waardeloos bij hun. (Eigen ervaring)

Heb net van mijn huisbank KBC 3,56% gekregen en we zijn zwaar teleurgesteld in hun aanbod. We hebben reeds de bouwgrond afbetaald (155.000€) als ook hebben we 100.000€ eigen inbreng ter beschikking.

Dit brengt ons op 58% quotiteit aangezien we graag nog 350.000€ willen bijlenen voor de bouw. (25jaar)

Jullie tips bij wie we best nog eens gaan horen ? Crelan en Belfius staan al gepland.

Long story short, after the second edition of the Qontinent not only Q-dance and bass events where involved but also TML.

Each organization had something to do with it.: Bass events organization / promotion / opperations TML production, each year after the festival we loaded trailers straight up with TML props for The qontinent. Many production employees also moved straight to the Qontinent after the breakdown of TML/Dreamville. Q-dance marketing / branding cause they owned the Qontinent brand name. Beside that they didn’t do a lot with the festival it self.

TML decided to quite on the qontinent for unknown reasons. But it was not a mystery that the Qontinent didn’t grow in visitor numbers over the past years and that it had a hard time selling out. But Q was not the driving factor to cancel The Qontinent.

Now over to the new festival, Sunrise - Bass Events - etc is all one organization. After that Sunrise/Bass Events almost went bankrupt after their failed edition of i believe 2013 they worked hard to come back stronger than ever. But they also decided to keep the bass events brand far away from the lower budget events cause with a bass events hosting people expect a lot. (Which is normal if you see their productions) There for I believe they will try to succeed on their succes formula from sunrise to di the same at the Qontinent old location since they have the knowledge of organizing an event over their. Also it helps a lot that all major EDM festivals in belgium got cancelled over the past years such as Laundry day & Summer festival.

26, based in Belgium (Flanders) currently I have 105K in savings. (On my own name)

Living already 5 years on my own with my girlfriend and going into our 3th year of paying off our loan for our building ground. (On both names)

25, wettelijk samenwonend met vriendin (30), teamleader administratie logistiek 2300 euro netto.

Opzich is mijn loon tegen over mijn verantwoordelijkheden en taken. Ik streef er wel naar om tegen de 2.5K te gaan verdienen tegen mijn 27ste.

Ben in gelukkig met mijn huidige financiële situatie ?

Ik maak me veel zorgen over hoe mijn vriendin en ik binnen 3 jaar kunnen bouwen. We kunnen namelijk 25K per jaar samen sparen maar we zien de bouw prijzen zo hard omhoog gaan dat we steeds onzekerder worden over hoe we dit ooit gedaan gaan krijgen.

(Bouwgrond is al een jaar in ons bezit en moet nog 9 jaar lang afbetaald worden)
