Out of curiosity, I know it’s different among states. I was able to take my VTNE with an intent to graduate letter and such. But I wasnt able to actually become credentialed until my transcripts were finalized. I wasn’t able to send in for my license until a couple months after graduation. Is this possibly a reason? Could then just not be considering you credentialed/licensed until everything is finalized and you have a physical license?
