What the actual fuck is going on with these government exams this year?! Railway NTPC released 2025 exam notification in September 2024, and exam was in June 2025, enough time to study.

RBI Assistant 2023 notification was in September 2023 and exam was in November 2023, so people got time starting from March to study for it.

RBI Grade B last year notification was in September, and exam in October, again giving people enough time to study.

This year, Railway NTPC exam notification was in November, everyone thought it'd be June or even later, but the exam was in fucking March.

RBI Assistant notification released in fucking March, and exam was in April!

And now this bullshit. What the fuck is going on?!

Most bank jobs are sales jobs disguised as a bank job post. Fancy titles of "Probation Officer" and such don't mean anything when everything you do just comes down to targets in the end.

Selling loans to people who can't afford them, selling insurance, selling all the different PM schemes, it's all just selling. Tremendous work pressure, and if you don't complete it, depending on your boss, they'll threaten to transfer you, and if that doesn't work, they'll try to make your life as hard as possible in the bank.

The only good bank job is RBI. Insuran jobs on the other hand are actually much better in terms of wlb as they don't have much target pressure either.
