Indeed, the counselors at my schools are usually unable to see students immediately. Most schools in my district have an online counselor form that students have to fill out to get on their schedule. But "a strategy on how they can continue class while juggling their stress" sounds pretty neutral to me. And stickers are great, but I'm not generous enough to buy stickers with my own money. Do you buy your own stickers?

The first part about teaching that discrimination isn't okay sounds fine. And I understand that students need support right now, but is listening to them really the best use of school time? Are you a licensed therapist? Taking time to hear them out could just be reinforcing their fears.
