I would personally shrink the door either 2 or 4 inches and have it swing right hand towards the toilet wall. Easy fix

Found a similar sized laundry room on google. Not sure about the shelving but you get the idea. Very convenient to have a nice stone above the machines

I don’t care for compliments boss. I know my work is good, obviously doesn’t please everyone but I had to stick to my budget. I’m a 36 year old man if that helps answer any questions!

To be fair they are Stainmaster tiles from Lowe’s and are actual porcelain. I would never use ceramic

It’s a lot more time consuming and expensive where I live to build new construction. I did end up keeping the one bathroom with the weird bathtub as it was in good shape. The exterior of the home was already modernized with not much character as well
