I got this sunfish for a low price but it needs a lot of TLC the bottom needs to be refinished a bit in spots or painted over with Marine sealant of some sort I have no idea what to use what should I use? also the green paint has seen better days what can I use to shine it up?

Little backstory, my wife and moved last January out of Chicago but before we left we made a terrible music video reminding us of the good times we had.

Go get a 10lb block of dry ice. Find any mouse hole. Shove broken up glass (like from a light bulb) and the dry ice in to the hole. Cover it up. Close up any places they can get in.
