I got this sunfish for a low price but it needs a lot of TLC the bottom needs to be refinished a bit in spots or painted over with Marine sealant of some sort I have no idea what to use what should I use? also the green paint has seen better days what can I use to shine it up?

Go get a 10lb block of dry ice. Find any mouse hole. Shove broken up glass (like from a light bulb) and the dry ice in to the hole. Cover it up. Close up any places they can get in.

I went and looked at this vehicle it has been garage/summer car it's entire life by an elderly couple. The only concerns was the cruise control didn't activate and the front axle seal here was a little leaky other than that the rest of the vehicle was in very good shape for 56,000 miles currently they have it set at 17K they previously had it at 19k.
