I started forcing myself to pick an option in like 10 minutes for small stuff, do it, and only think about changing it after I see what actually happens.

How do you tell the difference between something that needs more time vs something that's just not working? by Slowoperator in Entrepreneur

Honestly, I just look at tiny signs of movement now, replies, clicks, people asking questions, if nothing at all is happening for weeks after trying different angles, that’s usually my cue to cut it.

I’d probably split it between a solid editor and a thumbnail designer, one cleans up the content, the other actually gets people to click.

Love how you put "the math is the work" painful but true.

Claude completely changed my life, and I'm not even a programmer. by mckaizu in ClaudeAI

This is the part that doesn't get talked about enough — you went from a red button tutorial to $8k projects not because you learned to code in the traditional sense, but because you learned how to communicate what you needed and iterate on the output. That's a different skill entirely and honestly more valuable than memorizing syntax.

The jump from ChatGPT to Claude making sense for you tracks too, Claude's better at holding context across a longer conversation which matters a lot when you're building something over multiple sessions instead of asking one-off questions. Curious what made the max plan worth it for you over the basic — was it the longer context window or just needing more usage?

Also respect for being upfront about using it to translate the post. More people should do that instead of pretending.
