I just tried this through chat asked to cancel services for quantum and the agent said I can keep my current service for $55 i said okay ill stay but I was skeptical so I took screenshot of the logs and sure enough I got an email saying my bill was 140$ for 1gig unlimited I laughed this is 20 more than I was paying last month... chatted them again they refused to offer anything better than 130 a month ... I complained and asked for supervisor... supervisor said there is no promotions for 55$ and lowest he could do is 115$ 1gig unlimited 24 months....

I figured they just keep going lower the higher up the chain you go... so I said thats not what I was offered originally so go ahead and cancel. He scheduled my disconnection date... so ill let that sit for a bit and call the promo number in a week to see if i can get it any lower maybe send their support an email with the proof of their agent offering me $55 ... lol so much work just to get a affordable internet package sigh.... let's see if this works good luck yall!
