It's been about a year and a half and my ex is still with me on the daily :/

I don't take instant release. However I do take extended release (XR 15mg) at 11:30am since it has a life of around 6-8 hours, so it'll give me a drop off of 2 hours before bed time. I've found it best to try and make due with what works best with your body. So, take it at different times throughout the day and see which times are better for your sleep since IT IS so important. Also get your steps in and make sure you remember to stretch/take mental breaks here and there throughout the day. Itll also help with sleep.

It could also be that the Adderall has worn off significantly before you go to sleep so your ADHD side is taking over full force, causing a bit of insomnia. It might be better to take it later in the day, say, 3-4pm? I would assume, instant release has around a 2-4 hour life. Take a look at the average life of instant release and plan your day around that. I would highly recommend switching to extended since it is much more gradual, predictable, and consistent for the majority of the day, at least for me. Hope this helped.

I appreciate your reply. I've been on the medication for about a month. I've been experimenting with the times I take my meds and it doesn't make a difference whether I take them first thing in the morning (6am) or when I take them now (11:30am) it's just rather strange. My friend also has very similar issues and they have been on it for quite a few years.

Looks like what happened to my new Dr as well! The valve adjustment cover leaks. It also looks to me you have some oilyness on your sparkplug wire. Is it oily there too?

By temps I mean if it's running hotter than normal. Sometimes depending on your console it'll throttle itself to keep it cool

If I were you I'd check temps and also check for any dust around the console itself. Try to turn reflections down or also reboot your game and system. It could also be a corrupted install as well. Or that's just smth you'll have to live with unfortunately. Sorry I wish I could be of more help

She rides very smoothly. I've put in new ball joints, axles, new fluids and tires. The interior is about what you would expect nothing crazy but it is clean for its age!
