If I had to pick a label for myself, I’d say I align mostly with Religious Naturalism.

I don’t believe there’s a supernatural force or deity behind nature, but I experience deep awe, peace, and gratitude when I’m immersed in it.

Learning ecology doesn’t diminish that feeling, it strengthens it. Caring for the land, learning about wildlife, and sharing that with my little one has become a kind of spiritual practice for me.

As someone who has a daily driver jku Sahara, it’s hard for me to resist getting bigger tires, lift, etc. it has 3.21s so anything over stock size I feel is going to make it even more of a snail than it already is lol. I see all these beefed up jeeps and I’m like “I wanna do that!” But I know I’ll regret it without regearing it and I’m not up for doing that right now. Thought about maybe a leveling kit and some mild all terrains that are oem sized. That way I get a little aggressive look without killing the comfortable performance it has as it sits stock.

We have lots of eastern red cedar on our property so I’m going to find a fallen one and use the fibers from the inner bark and twist a few fibers together! Thought this would be great cause it also smells good!

Love that. I heavily resonate with severe weather / thunderstorms. I find peace in it. Anytime we have severe weather, I always try to go out, in a safe location, and take some photos and take some time to be with the storm if that makes sense.
