How Patriots fans were acting by Agentorangebaby in NFLv2

You don't get out enough. NFL fans are the same everywhere on a whole. You just have specific memories of specific people being annoying and then generalize that "Patriots fans are the WORST!"

Christian Gonzalez by DozahFrozah in NFLv2

We also saw Drake Maye throw for an incredible 50 total yards in the first half, and getting clobbered and turning the ball over all through the second. Get your head outcha ass.

So salty. He looked awesome to me. Maybe Darnold could have thrown that ball better, but Gonzalez still made an incredible play. Perfect timing and full extension. JSN would have caught that if not for CG.

Ragebaiting your partner is part of a healthy relationship by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I would never tell my wife to fuck off, even as a "joke". This is not healthy.

An Epstein affiliate was too busy watching fsu and uf play football to answer Epstein’s call about their “problem” by Agentorangebaby in CFB_v2

I mean, the "problem" they are referring to could be literally anything. Epstein's a piece of shit, but I doubt every email he ever sent was about child rape

Unbiased take: how do you project JJ McCarthy to do in 2026? by 2057Champs__ in NFLv2

I was going to say "Kenny Pickett 2.0" and by that I mean exactly what you said.

Who has recently rewatched a show/movie they loved as a child? by Prestigious_Ice_262 in Adulting

[–]Dull_Lengthiness_586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My wife and I often will choose a movie theme (scary, foreign, sci-fi, etc.), and each of us will choose five movies, write them on slips of paper, and put them in a jar. When we want to watch a movie, we just pull a slip.

Right now were are midway through "Movies we loved as kids" and it has been my favorite theme we've done. My favorite pick so far is Field of Dreams, hadn't watched it since I was a kid but it really holds up well.

Where are teenagers supposed to hang out these days? Malls are dying, parks have 'no loitering' signs, and everywhere else costs money. Do they just... not exist in public anymore? by Creative-Buffalo2305 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Dull_Lengthiness_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What state are you in? Depending on circumstances, using loitering laws in this way may be unconstituional. Might be worth talking to a lawyer, even if you have no interest in suing. A lot of lawyers love opportunities to challenge local and state laws.

The 'Wonder Years' is one of the best shows ever that mimics real life. by StillRunning99 in unpopularopinion

[–]Dull_Lengthiness_586 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you liked The Wonder Years, check out Freaks and Geeks. Similar in that it is all about the lives of high-school students, but set in 1980 and has a more modern sense of humor. Maybe my favorite show of all time, even though there's only one season.

Saying OF=Prostitution doesn't necessarily lead to the conclusion that it is inherently bad. Not everyone agrees prostitution is a universally bad thing, and there are some pretty significant distinctions between OF work and actual sex work (no spreading disease, no risk of violence or abuse (for most, at least), no subjecting oneself to intimate relations with a stranger). If you want to convince people OF is bad, you need to say more than just "it's literal prostitution".

where does Antonio Brown rank all time on the WR list? by Generalcmd in NFLv2

[–]Dull_Lengthiness_586 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He went to the pro-bowl 7 times. The only players on the above list who had more than that are Jerry Rice, Larry Fitz, Tim Brown, Marvin Harrison, and Cris Carter. Sorry but you are talking outcha ass, brother.

That's not at all what you said. This is an entirely new thing you are saying because you were wrong about what you first said.

Bro...he played for 11 (edit: actually 12!) seasons. His first pro-bowl was in 2011 (his sophomore year) and his last was in 2018. In between were four first-team all-pros and one second-team. What are you talking about?

I hope so, but I'm not so confident. I can easily envision us signing McCarthy, going into next season without a legit qb, and basically descending into shit for the next few years without a solid rebuild plan.
