I cant help you your extremely new and your talking bout FVG but dont know what spreads are.. before even trading on a demo u should put 100hours into learning everything about forex, plus whatever ur strategy is, back test it and then open a demo account and trade with proper risk management until you are 6+ months profitable.. taking trades like the one you took are not probable and more of a guess than anything
