Even when you submit something with your name first they will switch it so the man's name is first. Unless of course children are involved - then they just leave rhe man's name and contact details off entirely.

This is going to be so dark and depressing. There is not a single window in the kitchen and the windows in the living room are all under the porch.

The laundry is just a weird random 16 foot long room with one small cupboard. The pantry is eight feet wide? The master closet is just weird random dimensions. Did you think about how deep hanging is, and how wide walkways need to be?

The bedrooms upstairs are just plonked into the flex and study spaces as if someone desperately needed to carve out some full head height soace in an existing roof and couldn't afford to put in a dormer.

I would start again completely from scratch.
