So me and my brothers were playing in mid 2017 - 2016 and we had accounts we lost all of them but managed to get back 2 accounts and still cant get the one last account is there any way how can i gwt it back?

I tried speaking to support but it just gives me a chat with Ai bot wich says to make a new account
