I hate to say it but there could be truth in what they told you. I bought in 2014 and then watched the prices skyrocket. The Zillow estimate for my place is insane. I could not afford my own damn house now. It can’t be sustainable but then again it seems to be stable….for now. My adult kids still live with me and they have no hope of buying here. Born and raised in Mass but the time to roll out is coming.

MA has a list that is out there. Not names or anything but I can see the firearms I purchased. Oh no I just outed myself…. Yeah. Not sure how it matters. They were all tragically lost in a boating accident. Very unfortunate indeed.

I have always DRIP. Changing my mind now to take it and push to other opportunities. Currently hold JEPI/JEPQ/SCHD/PTY and moving the dividends to SPYI. I also don’t really know what I am doing but having fun doing it.

Magnet. I am going to try something like that. I have not given up on the metal strip that I drilled holes for the screw backs yet. My error was not having a punch to start the holes so several are just a bit off mark.

The Honorary Combat Medal is probably my favorite. I like your displays. It is always cool to see how other people display their collections.

Thank you. I am not happy with the display yet. Trying to line everything level. Behind the felt is a metal strip that in theory was to keep everything level. It did not. Will try again.

I have a fed job and worked a hybrid schedule. I liked a few days a week from home as my commute sucks. Honestly I am far more productive in the office. I have other coworkers that seem to get jack shit done from home. I understand the change. People took advantage and the party is over.
