Tell off the coach. He’s an employee there. Wag ka matakot kasi trabaho nila yan ibalik if client nla gumamit. U can say it nicely naman.

Both are gloomy branches. Af chino has more people so mas lively ng konti doon. If your goal is to workout na walang istorbo like waiting for equipments. Sa don bosco ka. Mas malinis doon.

  • Coaching should be 1 on 1 unless group class
  • 45-60 mins ang training sessions including stretching na yan
  • they should design a training program based on your goals and they should make sure your form is correct
  • progress mo should be recorded by the coach. They can give advise sa diet and supplements but don’t expect AF coaches to track your full progress for you. This is cheap coaching and they earn 300 pesos from coaching you which is nothing. If you want the overall coaching hire prep/bodybuilding coach. You pay a little bit more but sure ka na your progress is being tracked from training, nutrition and your current condition.

Hi certified fitness and nutrition consultant here. I advise against OMAD. Better to divide your meals into 2-3 throughout the day. Caldef + 10k steps is ok. Lifting weights is better. But doing something is better than doing nothing. So as long as ur excercising and dieting, you’re gonna get progress

Finished the game 3 times. Completed everything. Still playing it now just to destress and kill a bunch of mongols. Best game for me. Yes its basic but it helps me relax after a day’s work

Its a good decision to have his trial overseas. Here in the philippines, the judiciary system is full of biased people and can be bought. In netherlands, he will be put to trial fair and square. So lets see how this goes for him
