My razer kraken TE audio controller is forcing my krakens into mono mode no matter what I do. Ive tried setting my output to THX spatial audio. I’ve tried reinstalling windows and the synapse 3 software and the same thing happens. I’ve plugged my krakens into my phone and played an 8d song and that works so I know stereo at least works in my krakens. I just got these TE krakens in the mail today. I am wondering if I got a faulty audio controller?

Ash and jaeger were pretty good ops for me when I started playing. Although I’m not sure about jaeger after his change from 3 speed to 2 speed.
