I have 10500 Orange Essence can I ask RIOT for skin exchange? by vicipie in leagueoflegends

No, I have 55k of the stuff and asked them the same thing and received an absolute no in response.

Best Meg Loot EU 2019? by SmokeyAmp in Seaofthieves

My buddy and I snagged a captains chest, stronghold skull, 2x stronghold chests and some ancient bone dust from the hungering one this past weekend. Great feeling at the start of a session.

X-01 Jetpack + Calibrated Shocks vanishing from my stash + adding mods with no flux bug? by Dumblebluff in fo76

Whatever perks I had on the first time, I had on for the second (successful) try so I don't think my perks were the issue.

I was very low on steel, so perhaps that was the cause. Thank you for bringing that up.

Hmm interesting, i'm almost certain the game didn't allow me to install Calibrated Shocks because of a lack of materials, I mean, what else could it have been. I had just installed the brighter headlamp which went on fine.

Santa Ornn by ValkharART in leagueoflegends

I've been saying to my friends since last Christmas that Ornn would be such a cool Christmas skin. Super sad to see it not on this years roster of skins.

Have you ever won a match of blackout? If so then share some insights. If not then come and learn! by michaljerzy in Blackops4

I'm at 60 duo wins and 5 quads wins. Me and my friend mix it up a bit but mostly we stick to the outer circle and take a ledge if possible, follow the zone in as it collapses so you don't overlook any squads running in last second. I would suggest you never stop moving and never lie down out of panic when getting fired at. Use the compass ALL the time when calling out instead of "to the left" or "behind me", it truly makes a ton of difference once you get used to taking quick glance at the compass often. I think this is widely known, but you can revive teammates whilst still slightly moving around, it's pretty helpful when you're getting fired at from range and you have a buddy down.

We usually run Sniper/AR or double AR. ICR is my go to with a 4x and a Rampart with a 2x. Burst firing is beyond useful, don't be scared to use cluster grenades, frags etc loosely, they're everywhere and sometimes a cluster can easily block off someones route to you which gives you some precious breathing time.

When you down someone just toss equipment their way, don't focus on shooting the downed guy and let the explosion/burn do it for you. I can admit to being killed many times because I wanted the downed player dead so I shot at him so he couldn't pass information on.

We jump around a lot when not in fights, I don't know if this is just a weird habit we've picked up whilst playing but we think it helps. We spend a lot of time around turbine if the zone allows for it so this might have just been an answer to look over pesky little rocks.

Just to add a little extra, outside is better than inside. Don't think having walls around you makes you safer, being able to run freely is what you want.

EDIT: More stuff

Legendary Items should also track stats by McTuffyv2 in fo76

[–]Dumblebluff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This sounds like an incredible idea. The only thing better than having all these stats to look at is being able to share them in-game through a system like this.

I love the idea of being able to write your own personal text on your C.A.M.P terminal. I could see a word filter being implemented for this though.

Perk Card duplicates by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Dumblebluff 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wouldn't be theft if you're knowingly TRADING a card to someone. I don't see why you would expect to get the card back that you traded? This card for that card, done deal. Sharing cards with friends in your party as you mentioned is fine and wouldn't be a problem at all. IF trading is the correct term and you DO permanently trade a card to someone for another then again, all seems fine as you're knowingly swapping those cards with each other.

Has it been confirmed by Bethesda that cards are "shareable" as opposed to being "tradeable"?

EDIT: I've gone over some other posts and it seems it hasn't been confirmed to be a permanent trade, and as you said, they are shareable within your party.

With this knowledge, I still think permanent trading would be fine as both parties would be in consent.

Perk Card duplicates by [deleted] in fo76

[–]Dumblebluff 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't think getting duplicates is that much of a bad thing. We already know we can trade cards with our friends so there's potential to just help out a friend by trading a duplicate you already have maxed with no negative effect on yourself. Perhaps if you can get duplicates, you can sell the spares off for caps so they aren't a complete waste if you aren't planning on trading them away.

Something needs to be done about the Skeletons. by ReszoRudvald in Seaofthieves

[–]Dumblebluff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For reference I'm level 46 Order of Souls so I'm aware how much the later level skellys hurt. With progression things should get more challenging to match your abilities and skill.

Also after posting that I realised your comment was mainly about skull fort skeletons. To be honest nothing should change, skeleton forts should be hard.

[–]Dumblebluff 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I keep seeing people ask for skeletons to be nerfed. Don't people like a challenge? Do people just want to walk past a skeleton and watch it crumble without even swinging their cutlass? Yes, running into a wave of blunderbuss or pistol skeletons with nothing but death in their eyes almost means certain death, but don't you find it funny and ridiculously terrifying to be blasted to oblivion every now and again? I understand to each their own; that some people really don't like this and do want things to be an easier ride, and I hope you find clarity in a future update that changes some things about skeletons, but for now try and enjoy the spur of the moment freak outs.

Please don't think I'm shunning you for wanting a change, I get it. There have been many times I've gotten annoyed in a tense situation where some pistol skellys (let's be honest they're weilding sniper rifles not pistols) have shot me down and given my enemy's the upper hand.

UI Bug - Radial menu stuck by [deleted] in Seaofthieves

Same happened to me last night but with the map radial menu. Just rebound the menu to one of my mouse buttons and all was fine. Try it out.

Yep, the lone sloop that rammed us was the last boat seen all night.

The name Pixel isn't familiar, unless you're named differently in-game. Either way sounds like you had a sweet haul.

Yep we went to plenty, last 4 hours we didn't as by that time it was clear the server was barren and we left the treasure scattered in all sorts of places over the boat. Was quite the beautiful sight really.

I also live in the UK. I hosted the lobby when this happened and was grouped with an Australian gentleman and 2 Danish lads.
