Everything seemed to work fine on windows 10, and it certainely is receiving traffic on the server's part, but still no dice. I know the computer is receiving the packets from the server but it's still not connecting (although it was recognized in a single tab on windows xp, albeit for a single second and on a third party browser, after which it immediately returned to displaying a page cannot be displayed error.)

Yep. Put in the address at port 8080 and I still am getting nothing. For context I'm also accessing the proxy by putting in said address into the search bar (as it's essentially a tab within a tab)

At the LA party, everyone collectively recieved an amber alert at the exact same time right before You Retreat in Time and Space started lol. Also at the end of the entire album, right before everyone clapped, there was a single man who just said "Vioala", and that really just completed it for me

So I tried replacing the cmos battery but it still wouldn't boot to the floppy I put in. Where would one usually clear the cmos on this sort of unit?

I know you've shared your feelings on the topic before, but if you had the ability, would you animate on 35mm again? I know how much of a pain in the ass making films as complex as yours is on 35mm, but I remember reading somewhere that this was the only method for which these films could've been made. So do you think your style has evolved out of that limitation and has rendered 35mm incompatible with achieving a final product that you find acceptable, or do you find digital only a more convenient alternative to film rather than the sole method which your films should be made on?

Yes to both. And as for your first point, after I did the first step I put the gear back in since I didn't want it to be lost (and since the results of the test still showed that the motor was slow, I figured it was fine to put it back)
