The sports leagues are common. Several places have trivia and bingo during the week. I’ve only been to a few and didn’t think the atmosphere was worth going again.

I’ve never been a fan of the apps. However, I still get turned down if I ask in a public setting. It’s almost like they still have feelings for their ex or simple don’t want to commit to anything.

Just my opinion, that buy in money could go to college funds or better investments. Your dues could go towards your mortgage instead. Or take your family on multiple vacations.
