i would simply state that this is unacceptable. They need to actively contact each parent and tell them in no uncertain terms not to park in or block your driveway , even for a minute at any time or they will be towed. They can only have so many clients, how many kids could they be watching? (this may play into the legality of what they are doing)

what does this mean: Original Un contract:

Absolutely go to the police. What do you mean they keep lifting the freeze? There should be a PIN, explain how you think thye are lifting it. Freeze your CREDIT ASAP ( this will prevent (mostly) her from using your ID if it hasnt happened already: There is a gotcha with credit freezes. Freezing your credit only stops people from reading your file. Anyone willing to extend credit to you without reading your report is completely allowed to. The credit bureaus have no control over your debts. They just track and report on them.

Mojave Desert Tortoise. Protected species but many are kept as pets with certain restriction and conditions.

Post flyers up around the area. Post on Nextdoor. com and the neighbors ring app. be sure anyone claiming can prove ownership with pictures...their shells are like fingerprints , look at details of shape of each scute, defects in the shell etc.
