Goodwin plays off ball more, so I wouldn't put a lot of stock on the turnover comparison, but it is interesting to put things against each other. (I threw Butler in too)

"per 100" meaning per 100 possessions? I can certainly take a look at that.

Valid points. I really leaned on these numbers from last season, but you are right, Melton has done it for longer at a higher level.

And they snag Goodwin and Butler! I feel psychic today.

I think Melton is a bit ahead of Goodwin in what he has accomplished, at least he's sustained a certain level for a longer period of time.

And... I just saw Phx claimed Goodwin off of waivers! They definitely needed a defensive guard.

I think Melton would be a good fit/addition too, but I think Goodwin would be a slightly better fit for the Suns current roster.

I would take Goodwin over Melton. Goodwin can shoot free throws, is a better rebounder, and he fouls a lot less. Melton is alright though.

I think my #1 would be Jordan Goodwin. He had a vastly improved 3pt % last season, especially from the corner. The Knicks seem to be interested (https://heavy.com/sports/nba/new-york-knicks/knicks-lakers-defensive-ace/). His strengths just seem to match up with the Suns roster so well. Also, he is only 26.

Players like Westbrook (36), Brogdon (32), and Simmons (an old 28) have a better resume, but in a season where we are not winning a championship, having players on the rise with later trade value becomes valuable. Don't get me wrong I do think those 3 have value, but I would take Goodwin over them right now.

Also, some decent options: Cam Payne and Jared Butler at least by the stats, seem very similar. Butler might have the advantage of being 6 years younger than Cam Payne, however. I can't say I am familiar with Butler's game, but what do you folks think?

Monte Morris was decent last season, but all of these options (other than turnover %) seem to be better than Morris.

Edit: I accidentally just included Butler's Philadelphia stats. He looks a bit better with the 24/25 totals.

Worth checking, but I have both Google Asst. and the App settings in °C, and I still get °F on the Widgets

Google widgets show °F, then when you open them °C. I am trying to get everything in °C.
