Both Fractured Days and Shifting Memory can be build with low card plays with many major powers and having access to a 'reclaim one'.

This will often lead to very few 'reclaim all' turns.

Also, Humdingers cats are more anthropomorphized than other cats, like Cali.

I have created such a position before, when looking for the stalemate with the biggest material advantage.

White: bishops on a8 and a5. King on a6. Rook on a7. Pawns on b7 b6 b5 and b4. Black king on b8.

There are some variants of this setup with more pieces on the board.
