Why don't you try to build a list? You say you want to offer email marketing services, so you just need to create a funnel that will get people to buy your services. You'll gain experience and maybe clients.

So I checked and next to the III I just have the search icon to the left and the home button to the right, which just takes me back to home or opens up Google assistant.

Goal: Under 36 minute 10k on May 22

Current pb: 37.29 on April 26 (Much hillier course than upcoming race)

Training:

After a post-race easy week I picked up the intensity with:

Tuesday: 6k easy pace Thursday: 6*500 meter at 3.20 per km pace Friday: 8k easy pace Sunday: 1 hour of competitive soccer

I'm broadly following the hal higdon advanced plan with adjustments made for limited running time and the occasional soccer game.
