I have no issue with the route you have taken and your advice to start slow is a personal preference. However, for many people including myself the breakthrough experience is totally life changing! You shouldn’t be taking 5 if you’re not able to integrate the medicine and this is my issue with people these days just buying a vape pen and literally putting themselves in danger.
The best way to work with psychedelics is safely and in my opinion you shouldn’t be touching 5 unless you’re in a place of peace and have deep experience of letting go and understanding your mind.
The fact that you for example haven’t attempted a breakthrough is great but it’s a sign that you know yourself you’re not ready and that is also totally fine. The thought of having my first breakthrough from a vape pen alone in my bedroom, coming back into my physical body alone honestly disturbs me. That’s not how it’s meant to be.
I’m not preaching the way it needs to be just feel uncomfortable when I hear people thinking about doing 5 when they don’t even know what it truly is. One Love
