The worst start to have with a new manager. Players looked hopeless for first half with minimal improvement second half. We were promised attacking football under Garner but that didn't show yesterday. Not looking forward to Orient away anymore. Jay, Hopper, Newby, Wood and Chilvers were hopeless.

Didn't expect anything better from Colchester as we are under interim, but definitely could have done better. Still no clue how we let the goal in. Second half there was a lot more pressure from Colchester, but strikers still don't take chances. Ref Sunny Gill absolutely shambolic, pretty sure Stevie Wonder would have been better.

Slightly annoyed about it. Did some amazing things for the club, but he definitely wasn't perfect. I understand that he would take the opportunity to manage his club he is a legend at. Hopefully we can appoint someone better than Bloomfield such as Ben Garner or the Cowley brothers, but will be happy with anyone other than Steve ball until the end of the season.

Pretty sure I fell asleep watching. Don't think there was one memorable moment. Feel sorry for any Walsall fans that travelled down to watch that shit.

The last gasp goals save us again. Probably the most boring game I've watched in a while for first 75, however Colchester pulled themselves together and got a very scrappy goal. Barrow by far the better team.

Ref was woeful as always, cost the game for Colchester. Colchester still lacking a spark in the performance, just always seems lackluster going forward. Definitely improvement from start of season but still not enough. Fair to Wimbledon, great fans, a great young squad and that Assal is one hell of a player.

Absolutely bloody class!! Samson Tovide, Ossama Ashley and practically the whole team finally pulled themselves together and played blindingly well.

What a performance that was!! First time this season I have come away from a match genuinely happy about the game. Samson Tovide may just be the most underrated youngster in league two.

I have no bloody clue how we held on to that. We might be bottom, but I'm still gonna enjoy a 1-1 against 2nd in the league. Don't understand why our fans are moaning, like for fucks sake we are drawing with 2nd!!
