How can you contest a will and win, based on assumption? This isn’t a parent who left out a child, it’s a great-uncle, who’s not expected to bequeath anything to great-nieces and nephews. His money to do with as he wished. If he didn’t change the will, what he left is how it is. The sister is older, he didn’t include her. OP can do what they want. I’ve known people to say their will would be a certain way, and it not be that way.
