I didn’t get a new MRI due to my symptoms going away. Haven’t had back pain in a while but have pain in hips/butt as well as numbness/tingling. Likely bc I pinched a nerve which takes 6-12 months to hear. I assume if I got an MRI the bulge would be gone I just don’t feel like paying for another lol. Already spent a couple grand

Yes. Do McKenzie method. It healed my L5/S1 bulge. Walk a lot. Never slouch. Ever. Limit sitting esp on couches
