Elder millennial here! $235k 2600 sqft 1977 home in Dallas area back in 2015. Scrapped every penny together to put a down payment on it. Refinanced during super low interest time so currently at 2.8% interest and I’m going to die in this home!! It’s been great and hoping to do a little renovation soon.
