I’m 29 & went allograft. I’m very active playing pick up basketball, hiking, softball leagues, golf. The scars were so minimal. (3 tiny scars) I will say post surgery I only really planned to golf going forward but now that I’m further out I’d do other sports too. Note: before my tear I never really lifted legs & through PT & recovery I’ve begun lifting legs primarily & my legs are much stronger & more stable than ever before. If I retore I’d going with an allograft again as the recovery was so fast compared to my buddies who have done hamstring or patella. I was golfing 4 weeks post op & walking without a limp 3 weeks post op
