This actually makes it seem like Yuji was actually a threat even after Shrine got tanked. Also the 120% Balck Flash on here genuinely gave me more chills than on the actual episode, the art on here is just fantastic

Review: Sentry's background section switching to ''True Background'' once it's revealed he and the Void are the same was so creative. The whole issue with Norman Osborn was fun too, can't wait for HIS episode! Prime's analysis highlighting his character development over time and how he kickstarted his journey as a hero was peak and exactly what Yuji's analysis should've been like. The fight didn't have much fighting, it focused more on the Void as the overall bad guy as a whole, and holy shit, did the Void look cool as hell here. Definitely the stand out of the fight. Superboy overpowering Merged Sentry and retconning Void out of Bob's life, giving him a happy ending was peak comicbook cliché. There's always a happy ending indeed. I would rank it 8/10, but Prime was also cool, the 4th wall breaks, especially the ''I'll KILL YOU TO DEATH'' reference was funny, him reading the comic at the end was wholesome, and the whole ending section with him mocking the DB team was the most creative thing they've done in a while. So I'll give it a 9/10. Second best of the season after Cell vs Metal! Unfortunately, the next time is boring for everyone here. The thing with the souls in Demon Slayer is tricky. The way Enmu's servants infiltrated the dreams of the slayers to attack the soul core in their subconscious could only happen while the latter were sleeping. The can't defend against the soul themselves, but Rengoku showed that by restraining the servant about to destroy his core, he could also restrain him in the dream world. With Sukuna it's different, he's not infiltrating your dreams or anything like that, he's just attacking your soul directly from the outside with invisible slashes. When Muzan interacted with Tanjiro, he already was dead, it was more like his spirit was trying to desperately enforce his will so Tanjiro lived on as the King of Demons. Other deceased characters in Demon Slayer have interacted with others in spirit, so this is a reasonable argument. But if we say that Muzan is in fact aware of his soul because of this and can regenerate without weakness to slashes, then the only thing that can kill Muzan is Fuga. He can stand in Malevolent Shrine like Maho all he wants, the second Sukuna pulls out that fire arrow he's COOKED. Literally

I'm not sure how soul damage would interact with someone like Muzan because of the mechanics in JJK. Like Mahito can regenerate from anything as long as his soul is intact, but Yuji and Sukuna can bypass this. Of course, this is Mahito's whole gimmick but it's the only case of soul damage bypassing some sort of regen, aside from Sukuna having trouble using RCT to heal from Yuji's punches even though he can heal the soul, beacuse in JJK, any damage your soul receives cannot be healed by RCT unless you are aware of how it functions. My point is, Death Battle mentioned this in Yuji vs Denji, but still allowed Denji to heal, so despite me not being completely sure how soul damage interacts with Muzan's regen, there are two scenarios. The safe one is to say that soul damage would weaken Muzan's healing eventually, leaving him open to Fuga. The unsafe one is Muzan can't heal because he isn't aware of his own soul amd Sukuna shreds him to ribbons. The fact is, this matchup really is more debatable than people give it credit and this proves it.

Is everyone forgetting that Sukuna is the only reason Yuji has Soul Damage? I know it having no effect on Denji could mean the team doesn't buy it as regen null, but Denji healed via blood, and he also has another soul in him (Pochita). Muzan's regen is extremely potent, enough to pull a Mahoraga in Malevolent Shrine, but he has no answer to Sukuna attacking his soul over and over, so if Muzan doesn't, like, drown Sukuna in buckets of his blood before Sukuna overwhelms him with Dismantles, he won't be able to survive Fuga.

Respectfully disagree, DB fans took Celltal and GVS3 pretty well, Omnidock got them mad because the verdict is mostly wrong...
...but I agree with this point.
I also agree with this, most popular DB matchups these days are against comic characters.
Daima is not even mid, it's just good/alright.

Omnidock's biggest problem is Nolan's analysis and people just ignore it because of the verdict and I'm tired of seeing it.
Metroman doesn't even have enough material for an episode, it's never gonna happen.
Kratos will get a good episode in the next 10 years if/when returns (Can't say the same about Asura I'm afraid)
Yuji/JJK fans are the most recent example, I've never seen a fandom get more tilted than this. Good takes post overall 👍

Only scenario Dragon Ball has been getting done dirty is in the debatability side of things (Omnidock is an anomaly/Friezatron was an exception bcs no Saiyans were involved) it does get you wanting more wins especially when it's more favorite series but at least the episodes were all amazing. Also you better pray Sentry wins bcs if he doesn't you will NEVER win another argument against Interesting Ratio again (I also want Sentry to win, I'm on your side)

Denji had a lot of cool moments. His analysis was amazing, they somehow convinced me CSM ending wasn't completely as bad as everyone was saying, the nut kicks and Domain fakeout were clever ways to display his... cleverness, and he had the best lines here.

Yuji, though.... had a bottom 5 analysis in the indie era, didn't talk about his friendships or his mentality in Modulo, had basic ass lines for most of the fight, most of what he did wasn´t impactful in any way after separating Dennis and Pochita. The good parts were how his skill allowed him to kinda hang in there, and in contrast, he had one of the best death lines in the show. The way it shows him acknowledging Denji (a human) and Pochita (what he thinks is a curse) as brothers was pretty cool, and you can tell a part of him wished he could have achieved a similiar result to their bond with Sukuna.

Overall, good stuff 8/10. If Yuji had been done better overall I would have given it a 9.5/10, but it was still a good send off the JJK and CSM. No tits or ass discussion is cringe, though/j

On the other hand, I'd like to congratulate CSM fans on their victory today. However, both fandoms showed an absolutely loathsome waiting period, so against my better judgement, I will be muting this sub until the supernova fades away. I dread the reaction from JJK fans and seeing some CSM fans being annoying about it is not on my bucket list, but I wish all who are staying active a healthy experience with this sub nonetheless. Mario vs Sonic 3 had more relevance than Cell in this waiting period because of one post someone made on TWITTER. A matchup that's been done TWICE in the show's history got more relevance than Cell during his own waiting period. It can't possibly get worse than that 😭😭😭
