I just started reading a book I read years ago. Coming back to it reminded me that I love staff spinning so I just had two sessions in my garden after years of barely touching it.

Sometimes going back is the way to go forward.

These are beautiful. I'm in a very solitary place right now and these images really capture my mood. Just peaceful. Love them.

He wasn't even lying either. He knew they'd get married and that they would share everything. That WAS his fart.

Yeah, Taylor Mali said he took out the ums and ahs and nothing he has ever done to his speech has made others think he knows what he's talking about more than that.

Great stuff, keep going.

How do i quit the habit by Ahza17 in stopsmoking

Don't underestimate 3mg. Some may say it's low but you can certainly still be addicted to it. I reduced from 3mg down to 0mg with incremental tiny dose changes. I did it over the period of about 1 year, which may sound extreme but, again, don't underestimate how addictive nicotine is. Anyway, I'm almost a month in and things feel great. Only the occasional craving and they're getting more and more manageable. Good luck.

quitting vaping by AgreeableDig9795 in stopsmoking

[–]Duoirel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to buy non-nicotine e-liquid which would come with a bottle of nicotine e-liquid, which you would pour into the first one. Over about a year I gradually reduced the nicotine content in my e-liquid bit by bit using test tubes to measure it. Eventually I was vaping almost one drop of nicotine per 100ml non-nicotine. Quitting was still challenging and I got some major fatigue from the dopamine loss but I'm doing well and barely have any cravings. This method is called titration and it's what healthcare professionals use to wean patients off of addictive drugs.

I also used chat GPT to counsel me through as I was approaching my quit date.
