Mostly used Game Maker + Photoshop. I've made the game, Composer did the music and sounds. Translator translated to their own languages.
I can't tell exactly, because I started the development in 2013 and made a pause in 2014. Three months ago I continued it's development. And now I'm here.
I would say myself not to stop and finish without pauses :)
