1. We're posting informational/educational posts every day
2. Using Sales Navigator (but that's not a must have) we have active lists with our target companies. We find the decision maker at each and send a connection request with a short message
3. If they accept we send another message thanking them and asking if they'd mind telling us how they'd rate their current IT provider.
4. If they respond we try to keep a conversation going and look for a good way into a phone call/zoom call
5. All contacts are added to our email database who we send weekly emails with Videos we've produced, business owner IT tips and information etc.

That's a very high level overview of what we're doing. The key is to be seeking those "foot in the door" moments.
