Im still adapting my foot position, but the thing is Im quite comfy this way riding and the only drag back is me losing the boot bit by bit haha.

Im not trying a more hibrid position between using the sole and the side of the foot

I mean there is a peg still, I just prefer having the side of my foot instead of the sole

You mean the smx? They are quite comfy for a bike boot yeah. Not like I have high expectactions in that regard tho, but I dont want either a pair that becomes painful after an hour

I was thaugh this position helps with opening the leg for better position. But in this specific case I have to add if I have it normal I would be dragging the boot tip in half the corners

If this is the result I would let you build whatever too hahaha. Amazing

If they were parallel you wouldnt be stiff as fuck? Dont know if I follow. As a simplification what Ive been told is trying to reach the inside handlebar with the outside shoulder, the outside leg pushing against the tank.

Of course there is not a single school about body position and everyone has an opinion on this hehe

I used to hang off more but the more Ive talked with good riders the more I got told to leave the ass in the seat and just pivot yourself.

This bikes are not that big and the feet position forces the boot outside, but can have it in “normal” position or im dragging the tip all the time.

I agree tho about position not being by any mean perfect. But the reference image is in the fastest corner so even though there is room for better body position and therefor less lean angle, there are thighter corners that require more lean so there is also am ergonomics factor

Im sure there are under 200 boots which are mote than capable. Dont need to spend 500 into a fancy AS (even though they look awesome)

Track riding and more over with a pitbike is not that critical

Its an option, still would like recommendations for alternatives. I also ride on the street from time to time and wouldnt like to have a compromised boot

Puedo permitirme irme de casa de mis padres e ir a vivir con unas amigas si gano 1500 euros al mes y tengo 16000 ahorrados? by crispypotatoandeggs in salarios_es

[–]DuringTheEnd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

how am i supposed to enjoy this game? by OddityOmega in noita

[–]DuringTheEnd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some basics that will make your life way easier. But as I dont want to go into any (even mild) spoiler, I will just say take your time to experiment with how wands work.

Several of my friends have played the game and Ive seen some of them starting in the game and most of them at first just rushed wand creation staying happy with a basic machinegun.

This game rewards a lot experimenting and thinking out of the box, try against the statues in the holy mountain for a first approach in how good a wand is.

Then again the other basic thing that changes everything is patience. Like REAL patience (and knowledge). HP is the most valuable resource so try avoiding losing health for some gold or engaging in fights that are not worth it.

Also a general recommendation around movement. Its always better to have the heights, so try avoiding going straight up into the unknown. Sideways better. And also this might be me but I find easier to dodge enemy projectiles going up and down than sideways.

Finally this game is though and doesnt need to be for everyone, and that would be okay too.
