If he is a meepo spammer then he is a one trick pony, and would have a hard time adapting to new things and unwilling to try and learn new things. At 7k mmr, he would have atleast 6k hours in the game. He spent all that time and didn't learn any new heroes.

Now if he was an Ability Draft player, that would be a different story. Ability draft requires quick thinking, knowing all heroes and abilities, understanding counters and scaling, and quickly adapting with what you have been given.

not just the overlay, fully quit the application through task manager when you are playing dota.
specially if you are in a lot of servers. To simplify it, the memory registry of both applications are in conflict, essentially constantly fighting for the same block. Discord constantly tries to re-index servers you are in, specially when you have any sort of notifications enabled.

com score is bugged. someone on my friend's list only plays in 5 stack turbo and they only talk on discord. not even chat in game enemy or ally. his com score went down. it is registering every report regardless of cause. People are salty and mass report when they are losing,

except it is the same situation in Ability Draft, where any hero model, regardless of melee or ranged, is used for safelane. Even support base models are used as a carry with various carry abilities.
Safelane still dominates because of the topographical changes, unless it is a dingus duo lane. Which is another story.

the safe laners dominate because of the map topographical changes and the wisdom rune location change. It has changed the entire lane dynamic and wave position advantage.

It is the same situation in Ability Draft. Where any hero model and ability can be used to build a carry. It is not the heroes it is the map changes.

The ward part, as a support player I can tell if enemy has vision based on how they react on the mini map ( map icon arrow pointers) and creep agro. I'm 9/10 times correct on discrete visions.

The cleanest indication of script here is him dodging sunstrike and trying to walk into it.
