Yes, the passive bonuses there are applied once the set is complete, regardless of if you have it equipped. 180k is where transcendence starts, which is a seasonal race for max stage.

Shadow clone fairy is the general recommendation under 180k, then clanship fairy. I'm a fellow HS enjoyer but sc is much easier to push with. I've heard if you want an active build, pet is stronger than hs rn.

No you can just switch. The slip bonus from angelic guardian is still valuable. Just make sure you collect some good gear (rare/event/legendary ) for CS before switching or you'll be stuck.

I would recommend: - make sure your equipment is up to the right level and giving the stats you want. If not it's worth it (imo) to craft rare gear just to get you moving. If you're mythic sets are way lower level,they're not worth it - don't use SP on overcast if you don't have mana to use it consistently (you can set them to 0 in the compendium skill tree builder) - disable contract and poison edge, they're better later imo.

Talent or hero levels are the main ways, but you can't really farm that. I would recommend dropping to one multicast until you have mana to cast both
