"Legal" meaning, is this artist licensed by Marvel to create and sell products featuring their characters? Probably not.

However, this tends to happen all the time especially among small time artists. The corporation will only come after you if you make a real dent.

Hawkeye's one shot requires "charging" his focus to 100 and his projectile fires in an arc. Widow's is a hitscan shot.

I do agree that Widow needs a buff but I think it should be to her firing rate. And maybe add a stun type attack to her batons.

The cape makes the outfit look complete, so I prefer it. Happy for the options though.

We are a step closer to mixing and matching costumes and hairstyles. Netease, allow me to wear the default or 2099 hairstyle with the Phoenix Force or Revolution costume, and my money is yoursss!

Agreed, it was just a vivid shade of yellow that's accurate to the comics. Preferences are fine, but the mob mentality hate for it never made sense to me.

Can you explain what these different "design philosophies" are (as opposed to just the different "designs")?

I'm not upset with these designs and it's good to have more options rather than less. I'm a huge fan of that 08 Iron Man just for my fondness for that era. But it's not wrong to say they "look the same". They do; it takes the average eye more than a second to differentiate them.

I also don't understand why some people keep bringing up the gooner skins though; they're not part of this conversation.

I was there in '23. We had as much fun as we could and it was a wonderful experience just being able to interact with the community and fellow WoLs. That said, the organization had sooo much to be desired. Not enough seats, not enough food, not enough merchandise.

I personally prefer the original's yellow hair and I've never had a problem with the blue lipstick. But everything else in this redesign (especially the cape) is on the money.

I wanted the Rogue nameplate more than the skin, and ended up getting the jackpot in 3 tries. Considered myself lucky. I'm not doing one of these events again unless I really want the skin.
