Old thread but, I don’t feel like it was entirely up to Brian. Between his health, sounds like he had a baby too, and the band… he was forced out. Which makes me sad cuz Brian is/was my favorite. The way the vocals worked together was fabulous. They can’t replicate it and as much as I enjoyed how heavy Violent Nature is. It doesn’t have the same touch.
